Wedding Petaller

Six sisters growing up on a Northern Ohio farm is something special. We all have been blessed with unique talents. One sister is a seamstress and can stitch and install fine draperies, – and another is gifted with floral knowledge – and one spent a few years directing photo shoots for fashion and home furnishings – and another is in charge of operations for a large business – with all this talent we had to create Flora June.

We love beautiful flowers, and as children spent summers foraging for flowers. From our Grandmother’s garden to the overgrown pasture that was our backyard to the woods next our house, we brought everything home and made centerpieces and filled vases. Peonies, roses, trillium, dogwood and even goldenrod, it didn’t matter, as long as it wasn’t poison ivy, we picked and played. We would even venture into the attic to drag out our mother’s and aunt's wedding dresses and add wild day lilies from across the road and play bridal party in the front yard. When we set our minds to it – everything is an event. We even included the barn cats.

We love to have fun, and that is part of everything we do. Flora June looks forward to making your wedding the most fun – spectacular – flower-bomb celebration ever.
